¿Has escuchado sobre los beneficios de mantener 2 ideas/verdades aparentemente opuestas en tu cabeza?
Se dice que las personas que tienen o desarrollan esta capacidad pueden motivar grandes cambios en ellas mismas y en su entorno. Lamentablemente, como incomoda sostener 2 ideas opuestas dentro nuestro, tendemos a frustrarnos y creer que es mejor elegir sólo una de ellas.
¿Recuerdas alguna situación en la que hayas tenido 2 ideas/verdades opuestas en tu mente? ¿Qué crees que es necesario hacer para poder mantenerlas sin estancarnos?

PD: Me encantó darme cuenta de que muchas historias geniales representan esta idea en ellas o en algunos de sus personajes. En las que están a continuación la he visto el último tiempo:

- “No Good Nick”, serie de Netflix.
- “Asha and the Spirit Bird” libro de Jasbinder Bilan (aún no está en español).
- “Persépolis”, novela gráfica (cómic) de Marjane Satrapi
- “The Prince and the Dressmaker” novela gráfica (cómic) de Jen Wang (aún no está en español).

Have you heard about the benefits of keeping 2 seemingly opposing ideas / truths in your head?
It is said that people who have or develop this ability can motivate great changes in themselves and in their environment. Unfortunately, as it is uncomfortable to hold 2 opposing ideas within us, we tend to get frustrated and believe that it is better to choose only one of them.
Do you remember any situation in which you have had 2 opposite ideas / truths in your mind? What do you think is necessary to do to be able to maintain them without stagnating?
